Today, exhibition has become a popular ground where buyers and suppliers can negotiate business. We expertise in handling shipments for such as Exhibition and trade fairs with utmost care and guaranteed time. We provide efficient services starting from ex works pick up of goods for fairs, freight movement by Air and Sea, customs clearance of the shipments and time sensitive delivery to the fair stands. With our cost effective services for exhibition and removal of goods, we also offer our customers warehousing facility and re-export of goods with same care to the original destination.

For the exhibition of goods, we offer comprehensive service related to movement of your goods from your office/factory to your exhibition stand which includes transport, sea/air freight, customs clearance, port handling, transit to venue, unloading, unpacking, movement to stand etc. Any forwarder may deliver the consignment to the doors of the hall, but we handle it from there to your Booth.

We use special packing material such as case, carton, crate that are strong enough to with stand damage during transportation and repeated handling, including unpacking and are suitable for repacking for sale or return after the exhibition. Once the goods have been unpacked and cases labeled as "empty", we will pick empties up from the stand, store under cover and return automatically after the show.

We also assist our customers by providing complete exhibitors information in respect of (i) customs-import and export formalities (ii) duty exemptions & formalities, (iii) repacking & re-export, (iv) warehousing.
